The brand new apartment was spotlessly clean and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with the metro station and Vatican State within walking distance. The spacious room had plenty of storage and the quiet neighborhood ensured a peaceful stay. The Italian breakfast at the nearby café was delicious and the kitchen and free coffee were convenient amenities. The big comfortable bed and included Netflix made for a cozy and enjoyable stay. a fantastic experience.

I'd definitely stay here again because I had an awesome time and really enjoyed this place. The staff were incredible and super friendly, just what you'd hope for. Plus, there are plenty of meal options available and the food is pretty good! 👍

Ziani Vatican Boutique had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway. The location was amazing, with a nearby supermarket and easy access to all of Rome's attractions via the nearby metro station. The breakfast restaurant was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were of excellent quality. The staff, especially Eleonora, were friendly and helpful. The small common area and kitchen were a bonus, with free coffee and tea provided.

Everything was simply perfect. Good value, room was neat, staff were very kind. The location to the Metro system was incredible and favourable. Had nice dainties at La Cannoleria Siciliana, located next to the hotel.

The breakfast was as Italian as it gets, with pastries and espresso to start the day. The proximity to the Vatican Museums and the Cipro metro station made exploring the city a breeze.

The rooms at Ziani Vatican Boutique are so cozy and comfortable. I just loved the air conditioning and the soft beds, it made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, having a flat-screen TV in the triple room was a nice bonus!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the rooms. But hey, I know some people really enjoy that extra feature!

The location next to the metro station was incredible and particularly good. the room with a bathroom was lovely, featuring a large bed and all necessary amenities. Additionally, there was a seating area, a work desk, and a couch bed included.

The nearest airport is conveniently far enough to not be bothered by noisy planes. The Italian breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Ziani Vatican Boutique is a short stroll from Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo, perfect for my historical adventures.

I really enjoyed having such a terrible time in Rome. It was such a hassle being near the Cipro metro station and having easy access to all the major attractions.

I had a blast trying to find the nearest airport and starting my day with an Italian breakfast. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo.

Oh, it was so disappointing to realize the Cipro metro was only 250 meters away. What a shame, I was really looking forward to getting lost and paying a fortune for a taxi instead.
